Carivo independent review & score
The 2024 BMW X3. Carivo rates it 7.8/10 — middle of the pack. It does enough right to be a reasonable choice, but the scores don’t make a compelling case for picking it over class leaders.
Technology is its best dimension at 8.6/10. Infotainment quality and connectivity put it ahead of most suv rivals here — matters if a modern cabin is a priority for you. Reliability at 6.8/10 is a real gap — segment leaders outperform it here by a noticeable margin.
In the premium suv tier ($49,600–$57,065, 27 MPG, 5 passengers), it largely justifies the cost. Feature set and build quality hold up. At 2 years old, it’s recent enough that the core feature set holds up, but a newer generation may have addressed some of its weaker dimensions — worth comparing before buying.
